my best friend

My boyfriend is a sweetheart. He loves me like crazy. He is such a nice and sensitive guy. He never gets angry at me and understands me more than anyone. He knows my needs and wants without me saying anything. I wonder how he does that? He is my best friend. Nobody has ever made me feel that special other than him. He is my soul-mate, my true love.

true love means to me

I was married to my wonderful husband for 39 years. We went through many rough trials in our marriage and every one of them made us stronger as a couple! Love is being there for someone in the good times and bad no matter what. Two weeks before my husband died of cancer he was asked by the hospice nurse if he had any regrets. He flashed a beautiful smile at me and said leaving my wife! That is what true love means to me.

Love is a mutual understanding

Love is a mutual understanding, an inner peace, and undying devotion to each other no matter the challenges in life's path. It means not always agreeing with each other but respecting each others' views. It means speaking to each other without using words, recognizing when one is in need and picking them off the ground, being completely honest without fear of reprimand or backlash. It means unquestionable loyalty knowing you have and give complete trust in yourself, your partner, your relationship. It is an unquenchable thirst for your partner, a constant need to feel their presence. There are so many other qualities that define love but in short, this is what I feel with the love of my life.

True Love

Love is being able to have that one person you can tell all your secrets too. Love is having your other half to come home to,wake up to and to spend unconditional time with. When I think about the word I think about my 'night and shining armor" coming to rescue me from the dragon and all bad people. Love is being able to understand each other's opinions and also respecting them as well. Love being able to lean on the person in your's and theirs good time and bad. Having the understanding that "I am yours and you are mine" regardless of other's opinions and what other's think. I think I have found my soon to be true love. That one person that despite the horrible day i'm having is always and I mean always able to put a smile on my face. Makes sure that I have what I need to make it through if not physically but mentally as well. When I think about love I think about him and in my eyes he's all that matters and accept him for him and he for me as me.

There was girl who loved a boy so much she said to the boy, "If I told you that I liked you, would you take it as a joke?"
The boy said, "Yes I would."
